Akasha began with two people asking questions.
We became fascinated by plants used across cultures for generations — botanicals associated with vitality, circulation, energy, desire, and connection. That curiosity grew into an exploration of traditional knowledge, research, intuition, and the ways plants can work together.
The name Akasha describes the unseen space connecting all things.
We loved that idea because intimacy exists there too — in chemistry, anticipation, and everything felt between two people that can’t always be explained.

There are moments in meditation when the mind becomes silent enough… that something ancient seems to speak. Akasha began with one of those moments.
Deep in meditation, I found myself witnessing a place I had never seen before. An ancient hut. The glow of a fire. The earth beneath bare feet. Around the flames, an ancient African woman danced. She moved with reverence — not performing, but honoring something sacred.
Around her were herbs. Plants that seemed to carry a knowledge far older than any written book. I watched quietly, almost as if I had entered a memory that did not belong to me. And then something changed. She stopped. She looked directly at me. Somehow, she knew I was there.
